Online service on the Coronation of Charles III

This Sunday, 7 May, the day after the Coronation of King Charles III, there is a special joint benefice service of Holy Communion at 10am in the churchyard of St Mary the Virgin, Horne. And as always, there is an online service here, too, which this week is led by the Revd Nicholas Calver

Dearly beloved, we are gathered to offer worship
and praise to Almighty God;
to celebrate the life of our nation;
to pray for Charles, our King;
to recognise and to give thanks
for his life of service to this nation,
to the realms, and to the Commonwealth;
and to celebrate with joy
that through his crowning and anointing,
he has been set apart and consecrated
