This Sunday, 9 June, there are services of Holy Communion at 10am at St Mary the Virgin, Horne and Morning Worship at 9:30am St Bartholomew, Burstow and 11am at St John the Baptist, Outwood. Café Church is at 3pm in Smallfield Church Hall.

The Collect prayer for the Second Sunday after Trinity

Lord, you have taught us that all our doings
without love are nothing worth:
send your Holy Spirit and pour into our hearts
that most excellent gift of love,
the true bond of peace and of all virtues,
without which whoever lives is counted dead before you.
Grant this for your only Son Jesus Christ’s sake,
who is alive and reigns with you,
in the unity of the Holy Spirit,
one God, now and for ever. Amen

The Lord’s Prayer
Our Father, who art in heaven,
hallowed be thy name;
thy kingdom come;
